This is Rey Calusay of the Philippines.
I know you have the heart of a pastor, the desire to lead people to Jesus, and the commitment to take care of His church.
We know that in the Scriptures, the church is not just an end but also a means to an end _ which is the multiplication of more churches. Healthy churches will reproduce healthy churches.
Documented research and experience show that Church Planting is the most effective way to insure that new believers grow in the character of Christ. When they grow, the Kingdom grows too!
Our fellowship in Roxas City, Philippines began planting churches a decade ago. Since that time, we have started more than 127 churches which are thriving today. Best of all, we have seen our own members grow to mature believers as they share their faith and minister to their neighbours.
Please know this: Church Planting is Priority Project of Jesus. You have made the right decision if you have decided to plant a church!

The angels, according to Hebrews, are cheering you on! They are waiting to help you as you fight the good fight! The Lord will be there with you to empower His church to plant churches. This program will help you too. Study it carefully, teach it well, and expect good results.
If you have questions, Zenaida and I are happy to talk with you and pray with you. It is our hope and prayer that the things God has taught us will help and bless you as you carry His word into new territories.
