Introduction & Orientation Material
The S.O.S. TOTAL WORKFORCE

S.O.S. is a big project made possible by the cooperative effort of many leaders and volunteers, positioned at different posts and levels of responsibilities and jurisdiction. We organize ourselves and distribute the work among us (NEH 4:15..each to his own work). But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way (1CO 14:40). We work as a team trusting God to provide wisdom, strength, creativity, and motivation. There are difficulties and drawbacks, and these are all challenges to believe God who is always the victor! Always, churches are born every year! The church prevails with the Master Builder, the Lord Jesus Christ who said: `I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. (MAT 16:18,NIV).

An Area – is where there are target places and training is conducted. The Area Program OIC should complete the table with the appropriate names and introduce them to the convened volunteers at the start of the training program.
