STAGE ACTION STEP DESCRIPTION
Pre-field CONSULT TO INTERACT WITH KEY LEADERS FOR STRATEGIZING AND TARGETING
  CONSTITUTE TO PREPARE, SECURE, ARRANGE FOR ALL NEEDED INFORMATION, MANPOWER, RESOURCES, FACILITIES, PRAYER SUPPORT,ETC.
Training time CONVENE TO GATHER LEADERS AND VOLUNTEERS FOR TRAINING.
  CONFRONT TO BIND SPIRITUAL STRONGMAN AND DEMOLISH SPIRITUAL STRONGHOLDS. Confront activities are continued in fieldwork.
Field Work CONTACT TO LINK OURSELVES WITH THE PEOPLE OF THE TOWN. The SOS volunteers, using all possible and applicable methods begin to contact people of the town.
  CONVERT TO LINK OUR CONTACTS WITH THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. The SOS volunteers lead the good contacts through the four doorways of the conver­sion experience: repentance, faith, baptism in the Holy Spirit and baptism in water as well as orient these converts with the basics of spiritual life and growth.
  CONGREGATE TO LINK CONVERTS WITH THE PASTOR AND WITH ONE ANOTHER. The SOS volunteers introduce the converts to the Pioneer Worker, arrange for the fellowship of new believers with one another, and congregate them as a new body of believers in the town through a Grand Opening Service. The volunteers further work for a smooth transition of the responsibility from them to the new church members.
  CONSOLIDATE TO ORGANIZE AND SUMMARIZE RESULTS. The SOS team leaders summarize results to make them manageable for the pioneer worker to handle. The volunteers fuse the individual Bible studies into large Bible study centers, and organize records about converts/contacts for easy reference of the Pioneer Worker.
After Field CONSERVE TO PRESERVE, CARE AND PASTOR THE CHURCH PLANTED BY SOS. The Pioneer worker starts his pastoral care for the newly planted church.
  COMMENT TO EVALUATE, MAKE COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS. Field directors report and meet with Missions Council for evaluation.
