DOCUMENTATION OF RESULTS

To document the progress of the work, representative pictures are to be taken during the different action steps of the church panting strategy. The following are the pictures that should be taken by the Documentation OIC. The negatives should be submitted to the Team Scribe who prepares the reports for submission to S.O.S. Director. The OIC is provided with a 24 shot film which is strictly for taking the following pictures. There is a 6-shot allowance for errors.

  1. Arrival in target place.
  2. Team in an All Team Walk in the town/city.
  3. Team moving out from center to fieldwork.
  4. FD in action.
  5. A squad leader directing his members.
  6. Confront Activity – Team in prayer & intercession
  7. All team assembly – either Meeting with FD, Chaplain or Trainer
  8. FD meeting with Lead group
  9. Team Scribe & Squad scribes at work.
  10. One on One evangelism setting
  11. Large Bible Study setting (Adults, not children)
  12. Water Baptism
  13. Seminar Setting - Holy Spirit Baptism
  14. The Newly Planted Church in worship
  15. Signing of Church Birth Certificate by Core Group
  16. Group picture (new church with pastor)
  17. Pastor with Provisional Leaders, BS Facilitators & BS Hosts.
  18. Group picture of volunteers and new church.

COMMUNICATION OF RESULTS
As the work progress in the different target places, the results are to be communicated to the Roxas City base. A Communication OIC is to be assigned by FD. Said person should work closely with Team Scribe in preparing his report to be communicated.

Day: every Saturday
Time: as agreed during SOS training
Content of Report:

  1. Address and Tel No. – must be included in the first report
  2. Number of good contacts
  3. Number of converts
  4. Number of bible studies
  5. Large group meetings held – attendance & results
  6. Number of converts baptized in water
  7. Number of converts baptized in Holy Spirit
  8. Prayer requests
  9. Testimonies – healing, dramatic conversions, other events worth reporting.
  10. Needs of the team.
