  3. We will take off our masks and be transparent.
  4. We will keep the interaction in line with what God is doing in our midst.
  5. When speaking, we will address the whole group.
  6. We will keep all matters shared in the group in strictest confidence.
  7. We will start and end on time.
  8. We will multiply into two groups after growing to 16 in regular attendance.
  9. We will be responsible for the spiritual care of children in our group.
  10. We will reach out to our neighbors and friends. We will each make it a goal to bring a person to Christ and to the group one person every six months.

WHEN TO MULTIPLY

One of the purposes of the cell is evangelism. As cell members reach out to the lost, the cell grows larger, soon it will be too big for all to participate. Normally, it takes four to six months for a cell to multiply. However, remember that we are not in a race where we try to beat each other as to whose cell can grow the biggest in the shortest time. Our goal is to make disciples. The following are indicators that tell when a cell is ready to multiply:

  1. The group is consistently more than 16 people.
  2. The intern is ready, confident and available
  3. The cell leader is ready and has discerned the timing for the multiplication.
