Most classroom type seminars and conferences are more mental exercises. SOS is a goal oriented training wich helps participants realize the specific goals of the team, and nothing is included that will not help reach the goals.

This kind of training has values that go beyond the month-long program. After SOS, Church members become effective workers and leaders in their respective churches.

The practicum side is the most exciting part. This exposure of members to the actual evangelistic environment motivates many to enter into a lifetime of active service for God.
