Believers are being challenged to give a "Tithe" of their year for the sake of the His work on earth. A vast number of ordinary Christians do not take an active part in the Church. Now, they are being put to work like the "Talents" (let's say they are the people given to the Pastor), mentioned in Matthew 25:14-30.
